At ShoeVibe Sales Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your Adidas sneakers, Birkenstock sandals, boys’ footwear, or accessories, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note:
- Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging
- We cannot accept returns on personalized items or accessories with hygiene considerations (based on our menu analysis)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
- Wait for approval – Our Chicago-based team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return to our warehouse at:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color if available:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred size/color
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
Note: For international exchanges outside the U.S., additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective footwear (including Adidas or Birkenstock products):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label if needed
- You may choose a replacement or full refund
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following cannot be returned:
- Any accessories that have been opened or used (due to hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items without original tags or packaging
