Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our collections of Adidas sneakers, Birkenstock sandals, boys’ footwear, and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange your items.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order.
Important Return Conditions:
- Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds exclude original shipping fees (except for defective/wrong items)
Non-Returnable Items
Based on hygiene and customization considerations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Any accessories that have been opened or used
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color if available:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred size/color
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
Note: For international exchanges outside the U.S., additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective footwear (including Adidas or Birkenstock products):

- We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label if needed
- You may choose a replacement or full refund
